I grow all of my microgreens, including kale, in premium organic sterilized potting soil.

I started growing kale to support a friend of mine who is dealing with Alzheimer's. I soon realized that kale improves all eye conditions. Glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, whatever it is Kale will fix it. Also kale protects your eyes against blue light radiation which we all get from looking at TV screens, cell phone screens, laptop screens.

I harvest my Kale Microgreens just before delivery so you receive them at their freshest. They come in 2-ounce boxes, just right for one or two people for the week.
